Hi everyone,

There’s a growing interest in the EODF community to learn more about systems thinking and how it could be applied to our org design work.

For April’s EODF Book Club, we’ll be talking about one of the most influential works on Systems Thinking for those just getting started with these ideas: Thinking in Systems by Donella Meadows.

If you’re new to Systems Thinking, this is the perfect chance to dive into the subject with a book that lays out all the basic terms and concepts in a clear, accessible, and enjoyable way.

If you’re experienced in ST, it’s a good pretext to meet fellow practitioners at the intersection with org design, plus colleagues in the org design field who are just getting curious about ST.
