Strategy Permanently Changed?
The MIT SMR Strategy Forum has recently asked a panel of strategy experts whether COVID-19 has permanently changed business strategy.
Browsing all the perspectives that were shared makes for a good strategy lesson, grounded in the realities of the pandemic.
There’s one point that particularly resonated with us (highlight ours):
(…) in order for businesses to remain competitive and address grand challenges, companies need to start making more permanent shifts in thinking.
